For
cards using a new design or customization of an existing design,
consultation is included in the price of your cards. We pride
ourselves on creating high-quality art that exceeds customer standards,
so we are very concerned about how you want your cards to look. During
a consultation, we ask what kind of design you are looking for (if you
have a particular design idea in mind, you can e-mail it to us), what
color scheme you would like (if the recipient hates green but loves
purple, we want to know!) and the size and placement of the image(s)
(either covering the full card or only a portion of it). Some of our
customers ask for a smaller image on the flap of the envelope, so
please let us know if you would like this feature.

* Your contact information (name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address)
* The number of cards you need for each card design
* The date you would like to receive the cards

For portrait orders, please include:
*Your contact information
*The size you would like the portrait to be
*Pictures of the individuals to be included in the portrait
*Whether you would like an antiqued portrait in period dress or a modern portrait.
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the design, any special features or considerations, the delivery date and the price. Cards typically take one week to create after they are ordered; larger orders usually require additional time.
